程荆荆，女，汉族，黑龙江省嫩江市人，中共党员，毕业于泰国兰塔纳功欣皇家理工大学，管理学专业（旅游管理研究方向），获得哲学博士学位。

个人经历：

曾先后任职于曼谷泰享旅游贸易有限公司市场部，杭州泛海钓鱼台酒店市场销售部，纽约Scribner Hollow Lodge Hotel in New York餐饮部，三亚美高梅度假酒店餐饮部，获得“瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院Qualified Learning Facilitator”教学资质认证，“国际饭店业高级销售经理职业资格证书”，参与杭州G20峰会媒体的接待。

2025年9月进入安顺学院参加工作。
